Two lines of work, because a visa application and a quarterly report are not the same problem. Both are reviewed before delivery, in 30 languages.
Certified translation
For documents that have to be accepted by someone: visa and immigration files, degrees and transcripts, contracts, birth and marriage certificates.
Each one is translated by a specialist in that field and comes back with a signed statement of accuracy. $32 per page, and a page is 250 words or fewer.
Standard translation
For everything else a business writes: reports, marketing, websites, internal documents, contracts that do not need certifying.
The whole document is read before any of it is translated, so the voice holds all the way through. $0.13 per word.
Four things that never change.
We have grown since we started, and the four things below have not moved once.
- Nothing ships unread. We use AI where it speeds the work up. A translator who knows the subject reviews every job before it goes out.
- Checked twice. Certified work gets a second read against the original, and a named reviewer signs the certificate.
- Clear pricing. Certified is $32 a page, standard is $0.13 a word. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.
- Confidential. Documents are handled under confidentiality and removed from our systems once your order is complete.
What happens to your document.
Three steps, and nothing moves to the next one until the last is signed off. You send the document, we translate it, then a second translator reads the result against the original before it comes back to you. Standard turnaround is 72 hours, and urgent work comes back in 36 to 48 hours. You see the delivery date before you commit.

- We translate. The whole document is handled as one piece, so the voice holds throughout.
- We review. A second translator reads it against the original before it comes back.
