Who we are
Blackstone Content Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Company number 00000000, registered office in London EC2. Where these terms say “we”, they mean that company.
-
Scope of work
Every engagement is defined by a written proposal. The proposal names the service, the deliverables, the number of revision rounds and the fee. If something is not in the proposal, it is not in the scope, and we will quote for it separately rather than absorb it quietly.
-
Fees and payment
Fifty per cent on signature, fifty per cent on delivery, unless the proposal says otherwise. Invoices are payable within fourteen days. Late payment attracts interest at the statutory rate, which we would rather never mention again.
-
Revisions
Two rounds are included in every project. A round means one consolidated set of comments from your side, not a stream. Further rounds are billed at the day rate quoted in the proposal.
-
Ownership
Copy becomes yours on final payment, in full, for any use. Working documents, positioning memos and research remain ours to reference, anonymously, unless the proposal says otherwise.
-
Confidentiality
We will not repeat what we learn about your business, and we will sign your NDA if you have one. We may name you as a client and describe the work in general terms unless you tell us not to.
-
Cancellation
Either side can end a project in writing. You pay for work completed to that point, and you keep it. We do not charge a termination fee.
-
Liability
Our liability is capped at the fees paid for the engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, however caused.
-
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
